What was your priority when creating your nursery space?
To be honest, I was tired of seeing neutral nurseries and I wanted his space to be creative and colorful! I also wanted to create a room that could evolve with him. If it goes as fast as parents say, then he'll go from baby to toddler to little boy in no time and I wanted to purchase decor and accessories that could work at those later stages.

What is your favorite piece in your nursery?
I love the vintage Boys Scouts flag and all of the art. I'm a sucker for a gallery wall and I wanted to avoid generic "baby-art" so I had fun buying vintage french gallery posters on eBay and tearing out pages of my John Derian book. I framed almost everything using Framebridge. Other than that, it would be the rug because I bought it with my husband when we were in Morocco well before pregnancy, thinking 'I might use this in my kids room some day!'

How do you create the perfect sleeping environment for your child?
Dark, moderately cool temp, white noise. Check, check, check.

Are there any aspects of your nursery you would change in hindsight?
Nothing I would change in hindsight, but if I wasn't in a rental I would have probably gone a little more extreme with painting or wallpaper.
